Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead an asset management team with a matrix management
• Act as the director of the active real estate fund based in HK and responsible for overall accountability for the financial performance, revenue & brand value creation and operational efficiency for assigned assets portfolio
• Work closely with all potential business partners to create and maximize the value of assigned property portfolio by formulating and executing asset plan which includes leasing management strategies, asset management standard, marketing, asset positioning, and asset enhancement initiatives
• Manage the annual operating budgets, cost planning and quality controls to deliver and achieve a net revenue on capital income and property valuation goal

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Holder of MCIH / RICS / IFMA or qualified professionals in relevant discipline is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years' experiences in real estate fund, managing a portfolio of property asset and property facility management, preferred in commercial property, offices and retail arcade in Hong Kong & China
• Good at financial analysis and management, financial budgeting, cost and revenue analysis
• Good at tenant management and business development in bringing in new potential tenants
• Familiar with financial modeling and presentation skills, good at MS Office
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Fluent Mandarin
• PRC experience is an advantage
• Frequently travel is required
• With less experiences will be consider as Assistant Asset Manager
