Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team to explore and develop new business opportunities by building up and maintaining good customer relationships
• Initiate and execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Collect market data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for business growth
• Provide after-sales services, follow up on customer enquiries and complaints
• Prepare regular sales performance and market analysis report, and participate in ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, with at least 4 years’ sales experience in food or FMCG industry
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Supervisor
