Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating sales & promotional activities to achieve sales target
• Work with a team of merchandisers to ensure implementation of activities, and to collect market trends and competitors activities for business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal parties for order follow up, sales and stock forecast, etc
• Communicate with customers for promotion schedule & mechanics, order status and handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Prepare regular sales report and market analysis for management review
• Provide administrative support to the team and participate in ad hoc projects
   

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with 2-3 years sales or trade marketing experiences, preferably gained in FMCG industry
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Clerk
