Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Handle customer enquiry from different incoming channels (e.g. phone, email, fax, whatsapp) in professional and efficient manner
- Manage appointment booking
- Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service level
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- F.6 or DSE graduate;
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service industry, previous experience in call centre will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words
