Job purpose

The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will assist in managing and executing the Group’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target of the aesthetics products, managing current and seeking more corporate accounts for the Hong Kong market.

Duties and responsibilities

• Engages in sales and marketing activities of the company’s aesthetic products to healthcare practitioners such as aesthetic clinics
• Builds and maintain strong client relationship with existing customers and source out new accounts and other business opportunities (cold calling, cold knocking and more)
• Provide excellent customer services through product knowledge (clinical information and benefits of products) and handling inquiries.
• Planning and organizing daily sales call plan, establishing and building rapport with doctors, spa/salon owners, and/or decision makers
• Achieve sales performance based on assigned sales budget
• Maintain awareness of new development in the industry and understand competitive products, features in relation to the company’s products
• Plan, execute promotional booth in medical conferences or exhibition
• Research and engage with prospective medical talks/conferences to offer sponsorship

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experiences with the proven track record in consumer products and services. Experience in pharmaceutical sales to Beauty/Hair/hospital/Clinic/Spa will be added advantages.
• Articulate and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Strong initiative and able to work independently
• Position requires frequent networking and outdoor prospecting
• Cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel in short notice
