Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Team to provide Logistics service in Hong Kong
• Monitor the daily operations of Delivery Team to ensure on-time delivery to meet SLA
• Implement new operations to accommodate growth and changing business requirements. This may include site selection, system implementation, equipment installation, staff recruitment & training, etc.
• Maintain effective communications with subordinates, in-country management and the customer
• Manage Cash / Cheque collection for COD orders
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Logistics Management or Business Management Minimum 10 years relevant experience in supply chain management, with 5 years experience in managerial position
• Manpower management, analytical and project management skills are required
• Strong leadership skills
• Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
• Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility and team steering
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with SAP, Zyllem system
