Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Team to provide Logistics service in Hong Kong
• Responsible for budgeting and managing the operation within budget
• Prepare monthly contract P&L with justifications and present internally
• Propose, devise and develop continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both the customer and company
• Implement new operations to accommodate growth and changing business requirements. This may include site selection, system implementation, equipment installation, staff recruitment & training, etc.
• Maintain effective communications with subordinates, in-country management and the customer
• Source and monitor the services provided by vendors / sub-contractors
• Manage the operation to meet or exceed minimum performance requirements agreed
• Manage internal system and procedure audits periodically
• Monitor Cash / Cheque collection for COD orders
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Logistics Management or Business Management
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in supply chain management, with 5 years’ experience in managerial position
• Manpower management, analytical and project management skills are required
• Strong leadership skills
• Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
• Excellent communications, service oriented with positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with SAP, Zyllem system
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Manager
