Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Handle incoming enquiries from customers worldwide through email in a timely manner
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information in order to handle product and service enquiries
  • Coordinate with overseas agents/sub-office for dealing with local customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to follow up customer complaints
  • Prepare reports of complaint cases and status update

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience with solid experience in B2B account servicing or customer service is highly preferred
  • Customer focused and well-organized person
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both written and oral communication in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
