工作內容 / Job Duties :

• Mainly support store daily operation and provide excellent customer service & up-selling skills 
• Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers & the retail sales team
• Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

工作要求 / Requirement :

• Diploma holder or above
• 2 years of retail or hospitality industry experience; with experience in managing toys & hobbies or lifestyle store will be an advantage
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in modern computer operation, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
• Knowledge & interests in TAMIYA and hobbies products especially MINI4WD, Scale Models, Paints & Tools would be an advantage
