To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidate to join the Customer Services Team in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with overseas agents, carriers and co-loaders
• Follow up shipment / delivery schedule
• Answer customers' enquiries and handle complaints
• Handle pre-alert and general correspondence

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experience in Freight Forwarder / Logistic Co. / 3PL / 4PL
• Form 5 or above
• Good knowledge of general procedures of I/E documentation and custom declaration
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
