Responsibilities:

• Promote the innovative solutions to targeted retail & banks and develop long term, sustainable strategies and relationship for building customer core competitive advantages
• Identify and gather intelligence on customer needs and align these with our solutions
• Work closely with executives to set up customer meetings and identify, pursue and convert opportunities
• Manage reporting, planning and all business related activities for the account
• Coordinate customer events and marketing activities with marketing team
• Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing & potential partner network
• Coordinate internal resource for partnership development, train, join marketing events and business promotion in the region
• Work with development team to customize the solutions

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years’ business development experience
• Understanding of professional services market, ideally gained from working in business development role within banking, consulting or system integration (software driven) industry.
• Knowledge or interesting of banking digital transformation will be an advantage
• Proven account management and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Dynamic, self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Sound understanding of and exposure to the banking industry
• Ability of identifying, initiating, and nurturing business opportunities
• Immediate available/short notice period will be highly preferred
