Responsibilities:

• Develop and keep good business relationship with clients;
• Support logistics department operation;
• Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure orders and billing requests are handled promptly and accurately;
• Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis & recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary

Requirements:

• Team player with a genuine interest resolving customer problems.
• Written & speak in English, common speak in Mandarin.
• Computer skills;
• Ability to learn new things and Art logistics;
• Efficient, organized; Dependable, enthusiastic.
