Job Description:

1. Answering calls of telephone hotlines

2. Coordinate with client & handling enquiry from customers

3. Provide after-sales service to customers

4. Conduct the marketing promotion

5. To report issues & customer comments to supervisor for service

6. Promote Finance system software product

 Job Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma /Degree holder or above

2. 1-2 years relevant working experience in marketing sales is preferred

3. Good communication & organization skills

4. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

5. Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

6. Good spoke Putonghua Chinese and English

7. Need to travel in China (Mainly Shen Zhen)

8. Immediate available is highly preferred
