Job Description:

-          Handle inbound calls and outbound tele-sales service to customers at Call Centre.

-          Support pro-sales, pre-sales activities, counter service and other customer service duties. 

-          Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Maintain and support CS daily operations.

Requirement:

-          Matriculated or above with 3 years customer service working experience.

-          Customer oriented. Excellent communication skill with pleasant and cheerful manner.

-          Responsible and self-motivated.

-          Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

-          Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word-processing.

-          Immediate available will be an advantage.
