Job Responsibilities

• Support project leader in project execution, including coordinating public events, data gathering and analysis
• Assist project leader on budget control, resource management and event planning
• Daily activities include procurement, design of promotional materials, event registration, handout formatting and printing, event monitoring and others
• Able to perform diversified functions as required by the project

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above, in the area of pharmaceutical technology, biomedical science, biotechnology or equivalent
• With project management experience is definitely a plus
• Good communication skills (both Chinese & English)
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Ability to work well in group as well as on individual tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Computer literate of high standard
