Job Description

Job Natures

Manage Shipping, Warehousing and Sales Operation teams
Coordinate closely and build strong relationship with overseas suppliers, shipping lines, warehouses and logistics partners
Monitor and maintain stock movement, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory tracking, distribution operation
Report on the cost efficiency, risk assessment and resources control of the operation to the Management

Requirements

Diploma or above.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in shipping field
Knowledge of full set of I/E documents
Good command of English & Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
Knowledge of T/T, D/P, L/C and bank documentation
Responsible, diligent and willing to learn
Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Operation Manager
