Our Management Trainee Program-SCML is a comprehensive 18-mth career development program where you will undergo on-the-job training in different aspects of logistics functions, special projects and corporate training. Each rotation will be last for 3-6 months to ensure you to have hands-on experience and gain in-depth knowledge in different logistics function.

We offer competitive remuneration to the suitable caliber. And for those who can complete the program with satisfactory result will be appointed as key position in our Supply Chain Management team.

What are we looking for?

lPassionate graduates who are with less than 2-year of working experience

lPreferably possess a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operational Management or Business Studies.  

lStrong enthusiasm and commitment for a long-term career development in the Logistics industry

lGood team builder, detail-minded and self-motivated

lProficiency in both English and Chinese

What happens next?

lApplication deadline: Jun 5, 2019
lApplicants meeting the criteria above will be invited for a personality assessment in May.
lGroup and individual assessments will be followed in June.
lAll the selection procedures will be completed in June and selected applicants will be on board in mid July.
