ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

-       Proceed data entries properly in system

-       Responsible for input and maintain data in our ERP system

-       Prepare reports and cross check for departments

-       Provide raw data to departments

-       Monitor the System enhancement progress

-       Assist in month end closing

-       Responsible for filing and data centralization

-       Maintain data entry process

-       Responsible for data analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-       Excellent command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office

-       3 years solid working experience in data entry position

-       Knowledge of ERP is a MUST, knowledge in Dynamic NAV is a definite advantage

-       Detail minded and well-organized

-       Pro-active and able to work under pressure

-       Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-       Degree holder in Logistics Management or Business Management is preferred
