Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle daily shipping related documents
• Assist to handle Customs Declaration
• Handle documents filling accurately
• Assist shipping team in preparing reports

Job Requirements:

• Form 6 or above 
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in shipping areas
• An independent and self-motivated individual with good communication skills
• Proficiency in PC Operation (e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Experience with Oracle system and ROCARS system is preferable
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available candidates are preferable
• Contract period from 3 to 6 months and may be extended when necessary
