Job Description

We are a well-established international company providing wellness solutions through its internationally patented technology. To support our rapid business growth in Hong Kong & China, we are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team.


Job Duties :

Responsible for execution of overall operations and logistics functions to ensure that we deliver efficient and effective services to support the business growth in Greater China Region.

  • Provide the highest quality of logistics and supply chain management services to meet or exceed customer expectations;
  • Manage inbound & outbound shipments of goods and materials;
  • Monitor & manage the record in JDE system;
  • Resolve issues concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, product returns or Customs clearance; 
  • Analyze all aspects of logistics operations to determine the most cost-effective means of transportation, identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce cost and risk;
  • Define & implement KPI and SOP for logistics operations; streamline work process and apply best practices;
  • 3PLs and warehousing management, focusing on service improvement and cost reduction;
  • Align sales forecast, stock balance and shipment quantity to secure reliable supply;
  • Conduct regular reviews of inventory status for stock balancing and optimization and hence minimizing overall stock keeping cost;
  • Plan and implement stock take, cycle counts and product disposal;
  • Office Management and Daily Administration execution and implementation.
  • Assist supervisor in other functions such as customer service, vendor & supplier contract management etc.
  • Participate in event management and ad hoc projects.



Job requirements :

  • University Graduate/ Postgraduate in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
  • As least 2 years of solid hands-on experience in operations & logistics management, inventory management, customer service;
  • Experience in retail/direct selling industry, e-commerce;
  • Knowledge of Greater China logistics, 3PL management and project management;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
  • Excellent PC skills, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Access;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
