The Customer Services Assistant is responsible for customers' bookings and declarations, monitoring transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments, inventory management and analysis, preparing monthly performance reports, and performing regular reviews with customers.

 Your tasks:

• Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues
• Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customers on a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure
• Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders, etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer
• Prepare monthly performance reports to the Logistics Customers
• Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer
• Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements - collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• F.5 level or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Min. 1 year related working experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding or related areas preferred
• Knowledge in import/export documents and procedures is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
• Good team player
• Work location: Tsing Yi / Tai Po
