Responsibilities

• Ensure on time cargo readiness of vendors and also  ensure service quality of logistics service providers
• Continuously improve cost efficiency on transportation/logistics
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, 3PLs and internal parties for day-to-day logistics operations
• Make correct decision in shipment approval process and coordinate with 3PLs in order to fulfill customer’s requirement
• Manage logistics service providers’ and proactively drive for continuous operational excellence
• Handle vendors’ and internal customers’ enquiries on logistics issues.
• Execute/maintain/enhance SOP and logistics procedural guidelines, so as to ensure vendor/factories/3PLs can deliver services as required.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports on vendor’s & 3PL’s performance, identify and execute improvements on vendor/3PL performance
• Support the issuance on shipment forecast
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in logistics/transportation/shipping preferable
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of service providers' operations
• Good communication skills
• Numeric sense is important as involvement in a lot of analysis in daily task
• Self-motivated and detailed oriented
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently in a team setting
• Familiar on using Excel to comply the reports
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
