The Inventory Reporting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the 3PL Warehouse Supervisor resulting in an optimized reconciliation reporting of inventory between the various business units within Brightstar Hong Kong. The Inventory Reporting Coordinator is required to:

• Variance reconciliation and maintain correct stock on hand at all times, daily, weekly and monthly
• Execution and planning of monthly stock takes with accurate counting and constant follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure variances are signed-off
• Cycle count planning, performing, monitoring and consolidated results reporting
• Year-end and Mid-year stock counting control
• Inventory reporting
• Develop, implement and improve stock count policies and procedures
• Maintenance of data and information required for financial auditing of inventory
• Process documentation of inventory management workflows

Job Requirements:

• F.5/Certificate or above
• Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Detail oriented
• Strong mathematical and analysis skills
