Job Description

REQUIREMENTS :-

Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

College or above

+5 years' experience customer service/operations duties in freight forwarding company.

Able to monitor full set Air Import Operations handling & documentations.

Customer orientated, initiative, responsible, independent & able to work under pressure.

DUTIES:-

Assist Department Manager to Liaise with clients/agents/operations offices.

Follow up orders with overseas clients/agents.

Immediate available is preferred.
