Responsibilities:

• To assist logistics Supervisor to manage warehouse team to achieve optimal inventory level;
• To monitor all logistics operations including inventory movement activities;
• To communicate between sales team, order admin team and production team to resolve conflicting schedules, priorities and objective to achieve the best overall solution;

Requirements

• Diploma or above in logistics/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years solid experience in international air freight distribution in retail industry;
• Ability to oversee the inventory, warehouse and logistics;
• Good in processes, quick to understand requirements and to get the teams to be in compliance to them;
• Excellent leadership, planning, hands-on, problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills;
• Independent, proactive with positive, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
• High proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediately available preferred.
