PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To assist in keying data of daily stock movement and serial tags
2. To assist in the administrative work of the department
3. Handle routine/daily operation duties
4. Delivery good customer service to clients
5. Keep check and monitor the stock inventory, ensure records up-to-date in well order
6. Report preparation
7. Document handling, e.g. sorting, filing etc…
8. Well communicated with internal and external parties
9. Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary education or above
• 1-2 years related working experience
• Good computer knowledge/skills
• Able to speak, read and write basic English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, independent and hardworking
