Our client, an international commodities  & raw material trading company, is looking for Operation Executive/Specialist for their Logistic & Operation Team; the requirements is as follows:- 

• Degree holder; or equivalent;
• Minimum of 4+years' relevant experiences of commodities, raw material trading;
• Good knowledge and understand L/C terms to ensure safe execution of trades; 
• Check invoices, monitor and process payment on system; prepare outstanding reports;
• Follow up and liaise  with Sales Team, Surveyors, Agents,  Clients, Banks for export LC/s to ensure the trades are workable;
• Check terms on contract based on sales deal to ensure all terms are in line with trader's transaction;
• Prepare data and reports and follow up sales transactions when is needed;
• Willing to work in fast-paced, English speaking work environment;
• Good Knowledge of L/Cs terms is a must;
• Candidate with more experiences, client is willing to offer higher salary;
• Candidate from shipping company, international trading of  raw material, commodities, petroleum or relevant as an asset; 
• Familiar of MS Office, English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
