Job Responsibilities: 

Warehouse Admin Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operation to ensure the sub-contractors are performed following the Panalpina requirement
• Supervise the performance of the Warehouse Support team
• Co-operate with others functions and sub-contractors for warehouse daily activities
• Maintain and reinforce the warehouse security
• Perform a daily warehouse facility checking

HSE Responsibilities

• Monitor environmental health & safety operations to ensure alignment with company & government standard
• Perform safety training, conduct site visit and inspection report
• Support environmental & safety audits, review procedures respectively
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties for health & safety issues
• Collaborate with different departments for monitoring environmental & safety practices

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Logistics / Business administration related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience related to Safety Management & Warehouse Operation
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good Chinese and English correspondence writing
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
