Responsibilities : 

• To organize and control work flow of the division
• Co-ordinate with carriers, co-loaders, clients to take care all cargo planning
• Control master planning for charter program
• Handle in/out correspondences with internal & overseas offices
• To book & release order to sub-contractors
• To ensure smooth operation is in process and develop co-load business

 Requirements : 

• Diploma or above in logistics/supply chain management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' work experience in freight forwarding industry, especially worked with reputable top forwarders
• Good command in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Excellent in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to cope with airlines and other parties
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
