Department: Trade (Product Management)

Report to: Regional Product Manager, Oceania/USA

Job Description:

• Coordinate with PMs & other regional tender teams to complete tender customers tender bids
• Coordinate with Key Account Manager for pre and post tender analysis
• Publish finalized tender agreement in Globe
• Monitor and execute BAF update in Globe
• Record agreed free time in NIPL, EXDIPL
• Maintain and provide tender analysis report to Product Management
• Maintain tender tool & participate in ad hoc project
• Be able to manage multiple tasks with priority within given time frame
• Review and improve on the tender procedures
• Be self-motivated and have good discipline
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years work experience in shipping / forwarding company
• Fluent in English (both with written & spoken)
• Good in Cantonese, Mandarin as preferable
• Excellent knowledge on Word / Excel application
