Pata Negra House Group is a leader in retail Gourmet food in Hong Kong.

We distribute Gourmet brands in all the major fine food retailers of Hong Kong, such as : City'Super, Yata, Market Place, etc.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced professional to lead our distribution facility based in San Po Kong (Kowloon).

You will report directly to the Managing Director of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, purchasing and customer services ; a team of 7 employees including 2 executive staff, 4 storekeepers and 1 driver.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Stock Management : report closing stock of our warehouses and retail stores on monthly basis. Monitor closely all the flow of goods.
• ERP system : in liaison with our service provider you will be in charge to implement our new ERP system; creating and setting users profile, specific workflow, going through the testing and training phase.
• Monitor our purchase orders and optimize our freight consolidation.
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Comply with laws, regulations and external requirements

Job Requirements :

• Proven working experience as a logistics manager
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
• English written and spoken is a must.
