工作要求：

• 持汽車或機械工程學位/高等教育或持有相關汽車技術的副學士學位。
• 10年相關領域，5年維修廠管理及文書經驗。
• 持1,2,18類型的駕駛執照持有人將優先考慮。
• 持維修冷氣系統和處理所需製冷劑的認證。
• 自我激勵，能夠在緊迫的時間內獨立工作。積極主動，熱衷於以靈活的態度提供優質服務。

The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing the modern car repair shop and providing a safe and efficient fleet for the delivery of the company's products or services. Details of the work are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Keep up-do-date knowledge in the vehicle industry and pursue the best of the class performance.
• Coach the workforce effectively and to be a trendsetter in vehicle maintenance field.
• Satisfy user present and future needs in vehicle management field.
• Apply modern techniques on vehicle workshop management.
• Manage the team to streamline the vehicle maintenance operations.
• Ensure project-based tasks are on schedule and assure the output quality meets preset benchmark.
• Discuss with sub-contractors or suppliers aimed at product improvement.
• Prepare operation forecast for planning annual budget and control the expenses to an optimum level.
• Keep updated information between Transport Department and Environmental Protection Department for matters relevant to Vehicle Maintenance operations or to company and take appropriate actions. 
• Build up an effective communication channels to perform assignment accurately.

 Requirement:

• Degree / Higher education in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years relevant in relevant field with 5 years management capacity.
• Driving License type 1, 2, 18 holder would be an advantage.
• Certification to repair A/C systems and handle refrigerant desired
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines. Proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service with a flexible can-do attitude
