Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage full set of documents (including Licence/Permit application) in an accurate and efficient manner;
• Arrange shipment schedules, rate checking and bookings with various parties;
• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth delivery of shipments

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with min 2 years experience in shipping / freight forwarder / feeder companies
• Ability to handle full set of import/export/transhipment documents and clerical duties
• Fair command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC skills
• Fast typing speed with high accuracy
• Strong sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Less relevant experience are also welcome
