Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the effective date of all licenses / certificates in Marine team, to make sure that all renewal works can be completed before expiry;
  • Coordinate with Hong Kong Marine Department/China Classification Society for barge inspection and prepare all necessary documents and instruments (e.g. fire/safety/operational);
  • Prepare Marine operation report to Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department / other internal department;
  • Prepare all administrative documents of Marine team to internal department;
  • Coordinate with the Marine team to prepare for site visit/audit/inspection;
  • Ensure the marine team operation smooth by ensuring all equipment and materials are sufficient.

Experience and skills required:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 3-year experience on Marine operation, experience on barge inspection is preferred.
