• Responsibilities(主要職責)

  • Assist and monitor the flow of goods, such as assisting in the delivery of goods, receiving goods and inventory. (協助及監察貨物出入流程如協助貨物運送，收貨及貨物盤點等)
  • Responsible for daily warehouse operations and inventory documents of goods to accurately record the stock of goods (負責日常倉務運作及貨物的庫存文件以準確紀錄貨物存量)
  • always Keep the warehouse tidy (時刻保持貨倉整潔)
  • Set-up some security, safety and logistics rules (制定一些保安，安全及物流規則)
  • Work closely with other departments in processing warehouse daily enquiries and problems (與其他部門密切合作，處理倉庫日常查詢和問題)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management (履行管理層指定的任何其他職責)

   

  Requirements(職位要求)

  • Secondary level or above
  • 3-5 years or above warehouse management and logistics operation experience
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills with a analytical mind & project managed skills is highly regarded
  • Positive, enthusiastic & solution-driven, able to work under pressure
