Our client is a leading innovative technology based logistics organization, they offer an unique range of product and services and seek a driven experienced Senior Accounts Director to join their global Accounts and Operations team. 

Your Focus

• Build and manage strong business development and operations teams
• Lead high performance operational and revenue generating teams
• Develop strategic and tactical objectives and targets to enhance growth and premium operational outcomes for all stakeholders
• Drive results creating customer & carrier satisfaction
• Implement best practices to support consistent and consultative sales
• Adopt and continually refine effective and aligned overall go-to-market strategy
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role, working collaboratively with the rest of the Leadership Team to get things done
• Operate with a high level of integrity and compliance to global regulatory requirements
• Lead with inclusiveness, agility and strong service ethics
• Develop robust relationships with customers including shippers and service providers
• Focus on both local and international markets and services to deliver customer satisfaction
• Develop and monitor KPIs

Your Background

• 10+ years experience in fast paced client-facing and operations environment
• Proven senior leadership skills in tier 1 logistics / freight environment
• Strong Numeric and analytical skills
• Highly effective communicator with great emotional intelligence and can do approach
• Hands-on project guru
• Self starter, follow-through focus
• Impact player ? team leader
• MBA or BA
• Top communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
