Job Description:

The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor is to assist supervisors to provide effective and efficient logistics service to customers;

The Senior Warehouse Assistant is the team lead of warehouse assistants

Your tasks:

• Monitor warehouse inbound/ outbound and VAS process
• Check the stock records
• Supervise warehouse staff to comply with security, safety and company policies
• Work closely with the customer service team in processing warehouse daily tasks
• Function as the WMS super user to cater frontline WMS issues
• Support supervisors in job allocation for warehouse staff
• Provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Holder of HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• 3-5 years’ experience in third party logistics operations
• Supervisory experience of warehouse staff is definitely an asset
• Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplined
• Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and trustworthy
• Computer proficiency in data processing, MS Excel and WMS application
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Warehouse Assistant
• Candidate with forklift license is a plus
• Work Location: Kwai Chung
