Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set Import/Export and L/C documents, trade declaration and other related documents.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with customers, factories and forwarders on shipping arrangement.
• Update internal and customer database systems. 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

• HKDSE/Form 5 or above.
• At least 3 years practical experience in Logistics industry.
• Working experience in buying office will be an advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, hardworking, independent and detail-oriented.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
