• Form 7 or above
• At least 2 years of technical support or relevant experience
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Provide technical and application support to end users
• Provide installation and problem solving for network, systems, software and office hardware
• Prepare documentations such as user guide and daily reports
• Telecommunication support including digital/analog phone
• Self motivated, hardworking, willing to learn and responsible
• Can work independently and cooperation with team members
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential. Good Spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
