Responsibilities

• Regional Supply Planning & Managing timely supply for Asia Pacific Region
• Issuing purchase order & following delivery schedule with internal & external supplier
• Preparing regular & irregular report
• Preparing master production planning
• Maintaining inventory at a healthy state and achieve company's key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Working with global peers to minimise excess inventory and inventory risks
• Managing expiry stock and stock variance
• Optimize process in planning & logistics
• Performing all other duties as assigned or required in relation to the position

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, Operation or relevant disciplines
• Preferably with 3 years working experience in planning or logistics
• Logical thinking, detail oriented, good numerous sense
• Proficient in Excel skill in data processing and analysis with formula, pivot table, knowledge in Excel VBA is an advantage
• Knowledge in ERP/WMS is required
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered
