Job Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Director of Supply Chain and Logistics to review and develop the logistics strategies’ guideline and procedures to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily operation flow
• Prepare report to analyze logistics performance for Hong Kong and China Market to identify risk areas which may impact production/delivery or business performance
• Responsible for the carrier and 3PL invoices, checking and rebilling of freight and transport invoices
• Communicate and liaise between customers, management and internal parties for a smooth handling of the flows, from project-based requests to booking and shipments
• Assist Operations Director to lead in IT system development and EDI
• Handle quotes, contract checks and negotiate with outside suppliers and transportation providers

• Other tasks assigned by Operations Director of Supply Chain and Logistics

Job Requirement

• Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of forwarding, logistics or supply chain, familiar in incoterms
• Familiar with Asia Market is preferable
• Experience with the Cargowise software will be an advantage
• Previous experience with accounting / management control procedures is a plus

• Good command of English and French

• Good leadership skill, proactive, able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and organization skills required
• Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
