Position Summary – Able to handle full set of air export document, billing invoice and operation; consolidation, support sales team and communication with overseas customers.

Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectation:

• Follow handling procedures established by the management
• Follow up shipments status
• To communicate with carrier and co-loader
• To coordinate with overseas offices / agents / customers
• To handle clerical duties such as data entry, filling etc.
• Complete the house and master air waybills and any other shipping documents according to Shipper’s Letter of Instruction and any other instructions on the SOP.
• Verify the correctness of document provided by customer service and sales team.
• Perform “GIGA” issue HAWB and process declaration under “TRADELINK”
• Ad-hoc task assigned by manager

Job specifications for successful performance:

• Form 5 or above with 1-2 years working experience in logistics industry
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Preferable certificate holder in basic air cargo course
• Good at calculation, data entry and typing
• Willing to work overtime
• Reliable, Organized, Hardworking, Honest and Team-player
