Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team to ensure smooth logistic operations
• Monitor and closely follow up order and production status with various of plants
• Ensure order fulfillment of plants to hit customer KPI
• Problem shooter to resolve all logistics issue in most efficient way
• To handle customers’ inquiries and suggest appropriate solution to fulfill customer needs
• Manage full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Trade link), L/C handling.
• Prepare shipping schedule, coordinate all transportation including ocean and air freight forwarding, as well as truck arrangement
• Prepare various report for regular operation review and analysis
• Initiative and take lead for cost saving project

Requirements

• Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, business administration preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in shipping/ logistics/ supply chain / Forwarding background
• Solid Experience of order management with factories is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Highly organized, efficient, and result-driven, with a detail-oriented and methodical mindset
• Excellent problem solving & soft skills
• Able to multi task and prioritize heavy workload, and to work under tight deadlines
• Good team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• More experience will consider as Assistant Logistics Manager
• May consider stay in Vietnam factory if necessary 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
