DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general clerical duties, data entries, general office affairs, with shipping experience will be first priority
• Coordinate shipment arrangement with forwarder and customers
• Prepare and handle full set shipping documents such as bill of ladings, invoices, packing list, bank documents and application of Certificate of Orign
• Responsible for custom declaration through Tradelink System
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• 1-2 years working experience in handling shipping documents is preferred
• Well organized and good team player
• Vivid & pleasant personality with good communication skills and phone manner
• Detailed minded and able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in use of MS Office Words software, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin & Cantonese
