The Role

We would like to invite a high caliber, capable, energetic individuals to join our Logistics team in coping with our business expansion. Directly report to the Operations Manager in our Hong Kong office, you will lead the Logistics team by performing duties such as, and not limited to:

• Oversee shipment of machinery products from overseas and import to China
• Coordinate shipment with overseas suppliers, internal departments and forwarders
• Monitor service performance of 3PL and other logistics service providers
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and customs declaration
• Prepare shipment schedules and reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Department Head

To Qualify

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma or above
• Familiar with procedure of import shipment to China and relevant custom declaration requirement
• 3-5 years+ experience in shipping operations in which 2 years in supervisory level
• MS Excel skills, LC and Tradelink experience definite advantageous
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Responsible, hard-working, cheerful, eager to learn is ESSENTIAL
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Supervisor
