Responsibilities:

• Liaise with 3PLs, vendors and internal departments to monitor shipment status to achieve on time delivery
• Handle shipping documents to ensure the information comply with import regulations in USA
• Maintain the data accuracy in system and update in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain shipment report for management review
• Educate vendors on logistics policy and shipment procedure
• Assist in ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Shipping & Logistics Operations, candidate with less experience will be considered as Shipping Assistant
• Experience with USA market in buying office and trading company would be an advantage
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Pleasure, responsible and well-organized
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
