Profile & Key Responsibilities:  

• Oversees the entire tender process in near perfect quality
• Coordinate all aspects required to address client requests for quotation
• Ensure information is distributed to the core bid team
• Direct project management for regional and global Stakeholders
• Coordinate pricing with local pricing teams, product and trade lane Teams
• Follow established end-to-end Tender Management process using state of the art cloud based tools 

Key Skills and Requirements:  

• Advanced degree (bachelor preferred) or equivalent working experience of minimum 3 years in Tender Management or Air & Sea Freight forwarding
• A pricing / operations background in Air and Sea freight
• Self-motivation combined with the ability to work independently
• Affinity to sales & marketing and strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
• Highly skilled in working with MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience in working with databases and tender management software
