Job duties:

• Assist in the origination and execution of structured finance transactions in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region;
• Prepare pitching materials, financing or advisory proposals;
• Assist in the due diligence, structuring, arranging, and syndication of structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, aircraft and vessel finance, etc.
• Liaise with customers, lawyers, banks and other professional advisors and attend to documentation. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/Banking/Business/Finance/Law or related disciplines;
• Holder of professional qualifications in accounting, alternative investment, banking, CFA, law, etc preferred;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Ability to handle complicated transactions with minimum supervision
• Good financial modeling skills;
• Sound knowledge of equity capital markets in Hong Kong and in China;
• Confident to work with counterparts at all levels
• Occasional business travels required
