Our client is a reputable consumer brand with presence across the globe. To support its continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a seasoned jewelry talent to join its team in Hong Kong. 

Reporting to the Vice President, you will oversee end-to-end product development and marketing cycle of fine jewelry category for Greater China market.  You will establish product strategies, set marketing direction and identify distribution channel to achieve business objectives. You will lead a small team to develop new products for the market. You will oversee new product design, development and pricing according to market needs and company brand objectives. In addition, you will drive process improvement on a continued basis to optimize operations efficiency.  

Successful candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University Degree or equivalent in Marketing or any related discipline 
• At least 12-15 years of product marketing, brand management and product development of fine jewelry for Asia market 
• Experience gained from global brand and knowledge in China market is essential 
• Solid product and pricing knowledge of fine jewelry
• Proven leadership experience, with ability to work effectively within diverse culture and highly matrix organization 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
