The successful candidate will lead a team to work closely with various Principles to drive successful new product launch, initiate integrated marketing plan that tie in with above the line programs and develop robust trade marketing strategies and promotions for different sales teams, e.g. Modern Trade, General Trade and Full Service Vending. The candidate will also be responsible for driving growth within different categories and formulating relevant product, pricing and packaging strategies.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business / Marketing discipline or equivalent
• Over 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in sizable MNC or FMCG field with minimum 3 years in managerial position
• Previous roles in dealing with suppliers / advertising agencies and understanding FMCG key account operation is a must
• Experience in managing new product development and launch is an advantage
• Project management experience
• Strategic leader with strong leadership & communication skill
• Creative and self-motivated teammate
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
